- What is a PIN?
A Personal Identification Number (PIN) consists of four digits. The PIN is needed to carry out transactions instead of your signature (for instance cash advance transactions, registering for internet banking).
- How do I unblock the card?
To unblock the card, please, contact the Bank through your personal manager.
- I do not receive statements or SMS messages regarding transactions.
Call your manager or the bank at +7 (495) 980 980 0 and specify your e-mail address (or mailing address for correspondence to receive a statement) and phone number.
If your telephone number has changed, please, notify the bank thereof in order to receive information about your operations under World MasterCard Black Edition® Card.

- What should I do if I have failed to make a mandatory payment in due time?
You need to call to the bank and find out the sum to repay the debt. Be aware that in case of an overdue mandatory payment, alternative interest shall be accrued and a penalty for an overdue payment shall be paid based on the applicable tariffs.

- You have failed to make or make in full a mandatory payment several times
- Your card has expired
- The bank blocks the card if it has any suspicious activities concerning fraudulent transactions
- There are circumstances evidencing that the debt cannot be repaid in time
